They have a different vegan soup of the day everyday. This time it was eggplant curry and I wasnt sure that i would like it, but I loved it! Hardly tasted the curry, it most tasted like a good quality hearty vegetable stew. Very nourishing. We have been to this place twice and loved everything except for this sandwich. It definitely needs more work. I agree with the previous review about this sandwich being too dry, although the photo in that review still looks better than the one we got. There is just the tiniest amount of pepper and onion. The sandwich is mostly dense seitan stacked, not a delicious juicy philly like I was expecting. Delicious sandwich consisting of Impossible Patty, onion, ketchup, v mayo, tomato , pickle , spinach on Ciabatta. I didnt have high expectations because a butger is pretty typical but this was probably my favorite sandwich of our meal. High quality ingredients and flavors that go together wonderfully. This sandwich is not on the menu but it was a recommended by the staff so we tried it and it was fantastic. Vegan pesto, sundried tomato, eggplant, vegan cheese on delicious high quality fresh baked bread. So tasty!! The side of potato salad was really nice too.
