Glen Ellen Star let me know that they now will always have at least one vegan entree. This pasta dish was amazing!! I cannot rave about it enough. It was so good I wanted to go back and order it again the next day, and I did! It was creamy, pasta was perfectly al dente and the veggies perfectly cooked.
