Personally I'm not a huge fan of the taste of spirulina, but I've still used it to make blue cheese with cashews and actually liked it a lot...

tuscanvegan I did but you could definitely tell it wasn't 'regular' blue cheese... which does not have spirulina in it 😅 The Jeanne blue cheese by Jay & Joy that I reviewed had the proper blue cheese cultures and I think it would have fooled anyone... #stealthvegan 😋1 likeReply
totoro I have been looking for that one for ages 😭 but here in Perugia it isn't sold anywhere 😭 I could only find it online, but shipping charges were way too high 🥺Reply
tuscanvegan Hmmmm, I'm having the same problem here too, as nobody near me stocks it either. But I will ask my local health food store if they could start to order it. It's just soooo good. Could you find a suitable store and persuade them to stock it? It's either that or a day trip to Grosseto 😅1 likeReply
