absolutely delicious! just spicy enough and the curry was smooth and rich. plumeria would be completely vegan but they offer egg in some of their dishes. i should ask them why. their food tastes so clean but always leaves me wanting more.

I love Indian food 🤤
it is thai curry but i love indian food also. indian food is easier to make at home (once you buy all the spices). there is a himalayan restaurant in town but not close enough to walk. i have tried to recreate their dahl soup. i am close but missing something.
