Review of Southern fried chickn, chips & slaw at The Vegan Chef Umhlanga by greenbeang
This southern fried chickn is made from seitan I believe. It has a chewy, spongy texture on the inside and a crispy texture on the outside. The coating is really nice and well-seasoned. The chips and slaw accompany the chickn well and it is overall a satisfying light meal. #abillionturns3
