Interesting. I’ve never had ice cream made from olive oil before, but it’s good! Definitely not as rich as other vegan ice creams, but the texture went well with the coffee flavor.

ruthjeff Yeah! I had no idea you could do that. I found it at Wegmans - don’t know where else it is sold, but it appears to be a vegan brand!1 likeReply
