With velvety cream cheese frosting on the outside & luscious banana flavors within, this cake is sublime. (After my first bite I thought, this is frozen, boxed cake?!) Taste-wise, this cake stands up to any fresh cake and equally important, it's unabashedly vegan.

tamiapple Please send me your leftovers if you don’t like it! I went back to Aldi to try to buy more, but they don’t stock vegan cake as a regular item, which is disappointing. 1 likeReply
