Review of Bangers - Herbivore by lucyjseward

I’ve not found a good “English banger” sausage substitute here in SA yet, but Herbivore has done it!

You can smell that really fragrant-herby-banger style smell from the minute these start frying, so nostalgic! The texture could be a little firmer but all in all a really good sausage.

Had to serve them true British Sunday style - roast potatoes, veg and swimming in gravy!
