I’ve not found a good “English banger” sausage substitute here in SA yet, but Herbivore

has done it!

You can smell that really fragrant-herby-banger style smell from the minute these start frying, so nostalgic! The texture could be a little firmer but all in all a really good sausage.

Had to serve them true British Sunday style - roast potatoes, veg and swimming in gravy!

These bangers are banging (sorry)! They taste exactly like cheese grillers minus the cheese which

is something I haven’t had in over 15 years. Biting into one was a rush of nostalgia. They are really amazing and if I can figure out a way to turn them into cheese grillers, my life will be complete. #veganuary

Their plant-based traditional banger is a real crowd pleaser.
Magic with mash, tossed in with your veggie bake,

on a bed of spicy beans, in a stacked sandwich or just on their own.

Easy to make, very nice flavour. If you feel like a sausage with your breakfast,

this is the perfect option. Here I made some tofu scramble with beetroot hummus and avo on toast.
