This is my favorite sushi roll from Cornerstone Cafe. This would be the one I'd order again. I prefer it over the plain vegetable roll because of the extra avo! This roll variation had double avocado, carrot, asparagus and sweet sushi rice. I loved it! Not only was it delicious but beautiful, too.
