We had the most GREEN lunch at Din Tai Fung! dumplings were green, fried rice was green, and of course the dou miao was green green greeen 😂
Very yummy dumplings though. Best eaten with ginger and vinegar with the Din Tai Fung chili sauce.

We buy the bottled vegan chili when we’re there cause the chili that they normally serve has shrimp in it. The vegan one is way better 👍👍👍

Din Tai Fung needs to step up their vegan options tho. Can you imagine vegan omnimeat Xiao Long Bao? Omg I will legit cry. Faster faster Din Tai Fung! You can do it!
