
I have always had dumplings more savoury growing up and having a version that is sweet with red bean 🫘 is the perfect dessert!! A little sweet, sticky, a faint scent of the leaf that is used to wrap the dumpling 🍃 It can be a little heavy as a dessert as the glutinous rice can be a little heavy but it is so fragrant and delicious — maybe share it if you think it’s too much?
