Nice take on the chicken rice. The rice is v fragrant, the beancurd has a nice, soft and layered texture (crispy on the outside) but doesn’t really taste like chicken (probably why they don’t actually call this dish “chicken rice”).
The dish also comes with braised tofu, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, achar achar, and a small bowl of soup. Overall v good!
