Here’s my attempt at a Sunday #veganroast using #Bosh as my inspiration.
Started off with #Jackfruit in water - to a turkey 🦃 style substitute at the end.

Was so so good - made it for friends who aren’t vegan and they cleared their plates! Definitely one to try, and Tesco’s brand of Jackfruit is cheap and flavourful.
