First of all, this place is supposedly known for their "Woody" drinks. But if you're going for food, you have very few options as a vegetarian and basically none that are vegan so I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if that's your goal. I got one of the 2 salad options that didn't automatically come with meat: fresh spring greens / roasted red pepper vinaigrette / feta / candied-spiced walnuts. I did make this salad vegan by asking for no cheese, and it was definitely good but nothing amazing; plus, it was already overpriced without requesting fewer ingredients (though some of that's typical of Tahoe). They did put just the right amount of the vinaigrette for taste without drowning the greens.
