We tried Pasta Fresca because of their participation in this years Reno Vegan Chef Challenge (January 2023). Full three course vegan Italian menu was offered and the vegan raviolis did not disappoint! They serve authentic Italian dishes from the Amalfi coast right here in Reno NV! Their Pasta and Sauces are made in-house with organic ingredients and locally sourced ingredients when possible. Menu is clearly marked with vegan options and they also sell their pasta and sauces to go as well as at the local farmers market. I believe the vegan cheese in the raviolis is made in house as well. There is limited seating available, so definitely recommend calling ahead to make a reservation for dinner.
