This is one of my all-time favorite dishes at Wagamama. I order it with the rice noodles (and of course no egg). So many lovely flavors and it’s quite satisfying. I had it on this occasion with a starter of edamame’s with chili garlic salt. Delicious!!

I loved this meal. Very satisfying. Lots of great flavors. I always make a mess slurping the noodles, but today I was eating alone and no one noticed. Wagamama is a great place to stop for vegans.
