Sorry for the terrible photo lol this is from ages ago but I found it when reorganizing some old photos. I think this was actually one of my first times having Brussel sprouts - they're rarely used in dishes in HK - and I quite enjoyed it. These were soft and mild in flavor but well cooked.

This was supposed to be vegan version asbthr eggs can be swapped with Kim chi, but I forgot to ask in the midst of a busy family lunch. Regardless, it was yummy, could do with more veg. There are tofu, baby bak choy, Chinese mushrooms and rich curry sauce. A little mild spicy. Very manageable.

Lovely seasoned roasted carrots. Love the rainbow colour carrots. They are tender and large portion good for sharing.

A lovely lunch set with mushroom curry with corn puree, soba with cabbage salad, crispy puff, dig vega cheesecake and western st dumplings

Love the potatoes! Baked perfectly that it’s tender but not too soft. The nuts and almonds in the sauce is a nice touch but wish the sauce can have a bit more flavour.

Plating was the first thing that caught my attention and it was amazing. Then I noticed that the pani puri was really tiny, the tiniest that I have seen. Despite deep fried, it wasn’t oily at all but the taste in general was a bit too mild.
