Pani Puri with potatoes and spicy tangy water

Plating was the first thing that caught my attention and it was amazing. Then I noticed that the pani puri was really tiny, the tiniest that I have seen. Despite deep fried, it wasn’t oily at all but the taste in general was a bit too mild.

This was an interesting appetizer but a bit difficult to eat. The potatoes were good and the sauce really spicy! We wishes the portion was a bit bigger as there wasn’t much to share between 2 people.
