Loved it! The mock beef had a really nice tang to it like some kind of teriyaki sauce. The noodles were very tender and the broth was excellent. Super friendly service also who were a joy to talk with.

How amazing to be able to truly enjoy sushi once again. This restaurant does a fabulous job of creating beautiful and delicious dishes that are pretty much indistinguishable from seafood you may have once consumed. Definitely going back again and again whenever I can make it to the neighbourhood.

My first time at Vegan Shoku in Vancouver. It’s a bit of a hike from home in North Vancouver. If I lived closer I would be eating here a lot! I love eggplant and this was probably the best dish I’ve ever tasted in a sushi place, pre or post vegan. If you like sushi and you live in Vancouver or are visiting, please try it. Deeeelicious. Note, no alcohol.

A new 100% vegan sushi place opened up in Vancouver and I couldn’t wait to try it! This is their #vegan chicken teriyaki #bentobox and it was delicious! It came with vegan chicken teriyaki on rice - which was the most tender and flavourful vegan chicken I’ve ever had. It also came with yam tempura which is the best of all the tempuras in my opinion, spring rolls, salad and vegan crab oshi! Overall very tasty, and satisfied all of my cravings. Would definitely come back! #vegansushi #whatveganseat
