Opened only two months ago, this restaurant is run by a mother and a daughter. Not a vegan restaurant but they are most certainly flexible and veg-friendly. I went there for a party that was held there but I contacted them beforehand and let them know I’m vegan, and they tailored a vegan menu/course alongside others for non-vegans. Was surprised how thorough and understanding they were. It was a Nabe party (nabe is a traditional Japanese hot pot with a simple soup and a lot of ingredients in it), and I got to enjoy a vegan version of it! Personally, I absolutely loved the Chinese yam with umé (plum) - it was delicious. 2ヶ月前にオープンした日本橋室町にあるこちらのレストラン。母娘で経営をしていて、可愛くて落ち着く店内に美味しいメニューが並びます。ヴィーガンのお店ではないですが、メニューをヴィーガン版に変えてくださったり、事前に予約をすればヴィーガン用のコースなどもご用意していただけます。団体鍋パーティーで利用をしたのですが、事前にヴィーガンであることを伝えると、ヴィーガン用のコースを別に用意していただけました。非常に柔軟な対応で、理解もあって、困ることなく存分に美味しい料理を楽しめました。長芋の梅和えがめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
