Love having this mix of greens and tofu on a bed of brown rice. The tea wasn’t too strong but had a good flavor to it too.

The bean sprouts are on the softer side and tofu is alright. Sauce is very liquidy though, not sweet, not spicy either.

Was in a rush so wanted to eat something dry that I can finish fast. I didn't expect the sauce to be spicy. Healthy whole food ingredients with tofu, raw veggies and a few crunchy stuff along with herbal soup. It cost $7. I was expecting mock meat mince for this dish it would've been nicer if they had that. This place has healthy dishes, may not be the tastiest but decent. Will come back.

get the dry version!! it's super saucy and everything gets coated nicely 😋 could do with a touch more salt / seasoning but the chili helped. generous portion and comes with a creamy mushroom soup!

Had this as a takeaway (comes cold). Steam for 5-10mins and it’s ready to be consumed. I ordered the bean dumpling and it has a good mix of chickpeas, cow eye peas and red beans. 2 chestnuts stuffed inside too. It is well seasoned, slightly on the saltier side (I find it abit too salty but it’s ok!). Worth a try

Unique buckwheat mee hoon kueh noodles! Served with dumplings, fishcake tofu, shiitake mushrooms, black fungus, and spinach. Healthy, light on the palate, and affordable considering they use organic ingredients. Ordered the clear soup version, but there is also a dry version with a sauce which seems like it might be more flavourful! ($6.50 for soup version featured here) #sgvegan #organic

Was actually expecting clear double-boiled soup with whole black beans, lotus root, and all that jazz. Surprisingly this was actually blended-style black bean soup, like a cross between cream of mushroom soup and red/green bean soup dessert, simultaneously slightly savoury and sweet. Other ingredients in the dish included fried 'lard', fishcake tofu, black fungus, raw lettuce, and noodles. Would have preferred more ingredients and/ less noodles, in particular more protein and perhaps cooked vegetables instead of lettuce. Overall a rather interesting dish though it was a bit hard to wrap my head around it haha. Would like to drink the soup by itself though! Saturday daily special. ($6.50) #sgvegan #organic

The dish had a strong taste of ginger, without the slices of ginger within the soup, so this was kind of good for me as someone who dislikes ginger. I kind of wish the dish came with more vegetables and less noodles. I did appreciate that there were a few yam slices and tomato pieces included, and my favourite part of the dish was the mock fish, which sounds typical for a vegetarian fish soup, but there was something really nice about the texture at the middle of the mock fish that most others lack, which I could not quite pinpoint. It was chewy, yet crunchy, and not just soft in the middle like it usually would be. To be honest, this is not my favourite dish from this store, and fish soup is not a go-to dish of mine at #fortunecentre, but I am glad that this #vegan option exists anyway.
