Jajangmyeon

A delicious noodle dish with clear soup on the side.

Was in a rush so wanted to eat something dry that I can finish fast. I didn't expect the sauce to be spicy. Healthy whole food ingredients with tofu, raw veggies and a few crunchy stuff along with herbal soup. It cost $7. I was expecting mock meat mince for this dish it would've been nicer if they had that. This place has healthy dishes, may not be the tastiest but decent. Will come back.

$6 with old cucumber soup! mmm this was good, not sure whether it was supposed to taste like korean jajangmyeon as I’ve never had that before, but it’s still a really good noddle dish! generous serving of sauce that’s a lil salty but not too bad, and also pretty spicy (for me at least heh) the crunchy bits were a really nice addition, the vegetables were good and fresh, and the noodles were springy and great!!!! tofu also really soft:D the soup was slightly peppery and had a herbal taste, very comforting on a rainy day hehe. overall would get again!

Definitely not authentically Korean, it’s more of a Chinese kind of bean paste that isn’t very strong-flavoured. Really like the crunchy veggie toppings + the smooth noodles! And the chilli is v good. Abt $6 I think and comes w soup
