Bahn Mi with tofu and avocado from Bahn Mi Phuong in Hoi An. Really amazing! The taste is amazing, the bread soft yet crunchy. I can absolutely recommend trying it out if in Hoi An 😍

I wanted to try this place as Anthony Bourdain had been here but didn’t see any veggie options on the menu. I asked if they had tofu and the woman told me she could make me one with tofu, avocado, and all the other veggie toppings/ sauces! It was really sweet of her to accommodate and it was delicious as expected.

People always rave on about the banh mi in Hoi An because the meat is prepared differently. So when I brought my dad here to try the famed Banh Mi he helped me ask for a vegan version and suffice to say, I was chuffed and we all went back for seconds before we left that night!

Typical vietnamese sandwich 🥪 at its best vegan version. It cames with marinated tofu and avocado 🥑 Amazing!! Es el típico bocadillo vietnamita que venden por todos sitios pero en este lugar venden la versión 100% plant based. Lo sirven con tofu marinado y aguacate. Buenisimo
