So flavorful! This is made from yuba, which is tofu skin. It’s is a nice chewy, meaty texture, and it’s fried to crispy perfection. The bun and sauce is sweet and sticky, so decadent. Vegans and meat eaters will love it.

Flavors through the roof! Amazingly fresh and authentic Vietnamese food with a California spin. Be sure to mention being "vegan" to guarantee they will veganize these dishes. They have about 5 options that can be veganized if you say the word. The ambience is cyoooote! Even outdoor seating. The drawback: These two dishes & a drink set me back $37! It's likely because it's in a "hip" area within our city and they must have high rents. Still worth the trip for great Vietnamese food.

Both the dishes were phenomenal! The impossible larb salad was a fun twist. It had a tangy and spicy (but not overpowering) flavor. The crepe had tofu in it with carrots, mung bean sprouts, avocado. You could make wraps with the lettuce leaves and the Thai basil, cilantro, and a delicious dipping sauce! Their Thai iced tea can be made vegan and was not sweet or heavy (which we really like!). They also have housemade sodas which are very yummy.
