I thought this was fractionally the better and more interesting #topinka dish 🙂 Same stuff as the other one, except it was ever so slightly #spicy (#chilli went into the #soymince), and there was the addition of #redonion for a nicer visual effect 😉 The slice of #bread was similarly #deepfried, because #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease 😊 An incredible #starter dish; I would say best for #notsharing, but then it might just fill you up and leave you with little room for the excellent main course options 🥲

La bruschetta più buona della mia vita? SI 100 % vegetale senza sofferenza? SI Vorrei trasferirmi a Praga per poterla mangiare sempre? Ancora SI. Vi spiego perché: questa mega fetta di pane fritto (deep-fried bread) era spalmata di aglio e coperta da una bella montagnetta di straccetti di carne vegetale, irrorata di formaggio fuso e guarnita con erba cipollina 😍 Quando l’abbiamo ordinata il ragazzo che serviva ai tavoli ci ha voluto informare che si trattava di un antipasto e che il piatto era un po’ piccolo… 😄 assicuro che come starter andava più che bene e non era affatto piccino. Al costo di 79 corone (circa 3€) direi che è stato il piatto più buono ed economico dell’intera vacanza. Ripeto: se andate a Praga super consigliato, soprattutto perché la zona di Zizkov rimane un po’ fuori dai circuiti turistici e vedrete un quartiere più autentico.

A Praga 3, nel quartiere di Zizkov, c’è questa meravigliosa birreria 100% vegan che non potrete che amare per la sua stupenda atmosfera e per il suo giardinetto segreto (come tantissimi posti in città hanno!). Nel menù sono presenti piatti della tradizione ceca, ma anche diversi burger in stile continental. Queste schnitzel di soia con insalata di patate erano buonissime, morbide e croccose, poco unte e l’insalata ricca, abbondante, colorata, saporita 🌈 Prezzi contenuti rispetto alla media delle zone più turistiche.
