Though this was definitely more on the mild side, the flavour, and texture, were still really delicious. The cauliflower was soft without being mushy, with plenty of spinach and cauliflower to fill the dish. It was paired with pilau rice, mango chutney and poppadoms, which feels like a nice full curry dish. Just over a tenner for this and a drink, you can't go wrong. Definitely one of spoons better vegan options!
