This was so good, you can order mild like I did or go higher with the spice. I got it to go I always add fresh lime and soy sauce cause that’s how I like it. I only ate half, the broth is kept separate so it can be stored for eating later. As you can see in the photo. I will be ordering from there more now that I realize how close I live.

The Basil Eggplant is tasty. The eggplant is soft (even my omnivore dad liked it). The sauce that they use is just the right flavors. Serve over rice or have on its own. EVERYTHING at this restaurant is Vegan!! #animalplace
