I enjoy Sift’s salad boxes. They’re well-tasty and properly filling. On this occasion the vegan options included quinoa, beans, seeds, nuts, dried fruits and a slaw. I think the dressing has #sesame, #mustard etc. Note that these options change regularly, not all options are always vg friendly but there will be options: you have to ask. Also if you have allergies you have to ask: they have the ingredient lists on hand but they don’t display it. Bakery and Cafe in Kew. Close to Kew gardens and the National Archives. Not a vegan place, and without a fixed menu, but they will usually have a couple of vg salads, vegan rolls and pastries, and a vg sandwich. Also some vegan cakes/donuts, but they sell out quick. Their coffees are pretty good too. The folks running the place are really friendly and helpful too.
