This dish was sooooo good. Often vegan ramen is lack lustre - but this has such a depth of flavour. So salty and umami. We ordered pardon peppers as a side which were also ace. They have 3 vegan ramen to choose from and also a vegan bun option. HOWEVER - the meat dishes are very meaty. Like the menu is trying too hard to be masculine - bone broth and cock sprinkles etc. The toilet art is also massively misogynistic: Japanese style porn essentially. We complained and they said they’re proud of it. So… mainly posting to prove it’s possible to make a great tasting umami ramen and to get my p’s to donate!!!
