So delicious and comforting!!! Ask for no cheese to veganize. It comes with beans, rice, tofu ranchero and nacho chips on the side! I love how protein-packed this is. It is so comforting to eat and moist enough, while I found the burrito too dry. The nachos add a delicious crunch. I do wish there were more veggies which would feel less heavy. I wished there was more by the time I finished it. They use paper compostable disposables, but they're still disposables and I think it's still best to use reusables.
