#seitan #steak with #mushrooms, #tomatoes, #spinach, chips and a #vegan Roquefort sauce. The steak tasted absolutely amazing and the customer service was top notch - brilliant! Highly recommended going to Vegetus for anybody in or around #cheltenham. Yum! 😋

Really delicious omelette, unfortunately I got ill though as the owner said it was gluten free (but either he prepared it incorrectly or there was gluten in it, as it was quite a severe reaction)

Black Nerone rice with mushrooms, garlic, oat cream and dill. Best risotto I’ve ever had. Very tasty and creamy. Spicy, but not too much, just a nice mouth warming amount. I definitely recommend. Gluten-free option available.

Seitan Steak on toasted ciabatta, with homemade coleslaw, rocket, garlic mushrooms, tomato and melted cheese. This sandwich is delicious. I definitely recommend. Very well seasoned, big portion, the coleslaw and tomato add lightness to the whole sandwich. The seitan was seasoned and cooked to perfection and the chips were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Make sure to visit this place if you have the chance.

I love this dish and I've had it several times. You get a massive slab of tofu, battered and deep fried and served with chunky chips, minted peas and tartare sauce. All of the food is delicious and beautifully presented. I love Vegetus as the owner is always so friendly and kind and there is always a welcoming atmosphere when you go in. They also sell a wide variety of cakes and vegan food such as cheese and mock meat that is hard to find in supermarkets.
