Vegan adaptation of the tasting menu. Ingredients are fresh and locally produced so expect different dishes depending on the season. Very cool presentation.

Menú degustación, versión vegana. Los platos varían en función de la temporada porque se hacen con producto local. Me gustaron especialmente los “fesols amb tòfona”, los guisantes de lágrima con pesto de coliflor y el arroz, pero estaba todo de muerte, incluido el postre! La presentación es una pasada. Para una ocasión especial lo recomiendo sin duda!
