
Bowl containing squash noodles, crumbled chickpea & #tofu "sausage", #almond ricotta, italian basil. I also added more tofu because they show the calories on the menu and the dish w/o tofu is only 400 calories--which is a little *light* for my preference. With the additional tofu it was a bit more filling. It tasted pretty good, the sauce and almond ricotta went together nicely. Though the "sausage" was very subtle. Everything here feels very carefully thought out and health conscious.
