I love this bowl! It’s super filling and delicious while also making you feel good. I often like to add tofu, although it isn’t necessary considering how packed this bowl is with nutrients. Big fan of Flower Child, just think they should have even more vegan options.

I can eat this salad every day from Flower Child. I ask them to remove the white cheddar they usually sprinkle on top. It contains pink grapefruit, organic apple, red cabbage, black currant, smoked almond & apple cider vinaigrette. It’s crunchy and super tasty, the kale is massaged with the vinaigrette and the apple pieces chunky.

First & foremost the wrap is absolutely delicious!!! The tofu was not spicy but it was still perfectly cooked and seasoned. The wrap had a nice crunch to it with the vegetables. The restaurant itself is adorable (picture 2). Soft colors throughout the restaurant and a nice patio in the front & back. Service was awesome as well!

One of Flower Child's many, clearly marked and already vegan, entrees. This place knows how to source really great produce and treat it with respect. Side dishes don't always sound like the most exciting vegan option on the menu but the choose three sides option at Flower Child actually serves up some amazing stuff. The Yuzu Brussels Sprouts are tangy and packed with umami richness. The heirloom tomato and watermelon salad is fresh and herby with balsamic, mint and basil. And the Charred Asparagus Slaw is a cool and savory showcase for some perfectly al dente asparagus and snap peas. All highly recommended.

One of Flower Child's many, clearly marked and already vegan, entrees. This place knows how to source really great produce and treat it with respect. This salad is incredible! The grilled artichoke has a meaty texture, the dressing is like a super bright and refined Caesar, and the shaved radishes, sweet corn, and sunflower seeds give it so much dimension. It's fantastic!

Amazing (perfectly al dente) sweet potato "noodles", shiitake mushrooms, mixed vegetables and a coconut sunflower butter sauce. So fresh and delicious!

A refreshing drink which compliments your meal nicely! Not too sweet, perfect amount of bubbly goodness. Kombucha aids digestion and gut health. Because it's naturally fermented with a living colony of bacteria and yeast, kombucha is a probiotic beverage. This has a myriad of benefits such as improved digestion, fighting candida (harmful yeast) overgrowth, mental clarity, and mood stability. Yay gut health!

Creamy. Rich. Chocolate-tastic. I am a chocoholic, so feed me anything chocolate and I will be happy. What I love about this dessert is that it is a healthier alternative to chocolate pudding. With real ingredients like sprouted almonds, raw cocoa powder, coconut flakes, coconut cream, and vegan dark chocolate, you know the end product is going to taste amazing. My only wish is that they make an unsweetened version with stevia or monk sugar.

I love the variety of sides Flower Child offers on their already diverse menu. I got three sides: avocado with olive oil, salt and pepper; Indian spiced cauliflower with turmeric, date & almond; and roasted brussels sprouts. I especially loved the spices on the cauliflower. I would recommend taking advantage of their sides with your meal, as the sides have a way of complimenting your main entree's flavors.

Refreshing. This juice tasted faint in flavor. I think it's because I am used to drinking very strong green juices. In any case, this green juice is more suited for low key green juice drinkers ;) Lastly, I would have loved an unsweetened option. This was a bit too sweet for my liking.

A refreshing, flavorful and vibrant salad. If you enjoy a salad with accents from the Asian culture, you will enjoy this salad. This salad includes organic greens, avocado, heirloom carrot, edamame, radish, baby tomato, cucumber, toasted sesame seed, and ginger miso vinaigrette.

An any-time-of-day kind of treat! I was pleasantly surprised to find a gluten-free option for avocado toast. The toasted sesame seeds on top make for a nice Middle Eastern touch. I like to add olive oil and green chili vinegar sauce to add flavor. Otherwise, would be too bland for my liking.
