

Served with shitake and orange slices with a drizzle of soy sauce. The dish has a sweet and tangy flavour to it and goes very well with the mushrooms which are glazed all over with the sauce. The orange is a nice touch when you just fork it along with a mushroom, and that citrus punch takes to a whole new level. And top marks for the plate, all the mushrooms had to do is sit on it to look cool.
