Don't you also have to argue with people why #vegetarians and #vegans want to eat "copies" of meat products? How often did you hear that this is hypocritical and what do you answer? I always try to calmly explain that my choices are linked with my will of fighting industrial animal cruelty and because I don't want animal to die for my gastronomic pleasure, but that unfortunately in the past far away, before questioning the ethics of my habits, I used to enjoy these tastes and so I am glad to be able to taste them again in a ethical alternative. These slices of "vegan dry meat" are fully made of #seitan, as are the other products of this young #swiss #veganstartup Outlawz. They are quite salty, what I really enjoy because every bite is an explosion of taste! Try it! And thank you for your answers 😀

This was a real surprise, it really looks and feels like "bresaola", the taste is also very similar and I enjoyed very much eating it with some "camembert". A new favorite for me.
