Behold - the Holy Grail of plant-based meats! I absolutely love this stuff. The texture is like the meat you'd use for stews, but the fact that they can make something that is so on point but not meat is sheer witchcraft, let's be honest. Redefine Meat first supplied to restaurants only, but consumers can now also directly purchase it online and cook it at home. Yes! I can't wait for this stuff to finally hit the shelves so it becomes even more widely available and accessible. The taste is very yummy, add lots of vegan gravy or garlic butter for more yummy in your tummy! The size is a bit small, but the fact this exists at all just makes me relish every tiny bit even more. Great stuff!
Beef flank 🥩🍖 Mia sorella ha acquistato questa finta carne per testarla. Io, ahimè, sono ancora troppo povera per questi acquisti (circa 77€/kg). Lascio il suo commento: È carne vegetale (quindi non di derivazione animale) stampata 3D. L’odore della “carne” cruda ricorda quello della carne in scatola (la simmental, per intenderci) la consistenza a crudo invece ricorda la carne macinata. Una volta cotta, il sapore è quello della carne. Ha una consistenza a metà tra il bollito e la tagliata (perché ha proprio i filamenti).
