This pasta is protein packed! Definitely not the same texture as a regular pasta, which I know keeps some people from buying this. However, I didn’t find it too bad, and with the kale-walnut pesto it was really delicious!

I just bought this for the first time and it is so good that I'm almost finished it already. I recommend this pasta if you want to get in extra protein.
