Grabbed some of these vegan croissants from Whole Foods in NYC. So tasty. Shared with some non-vegan friends who were very impressed. Probably could be a teeny bit more flaky, but for pre-packaged pastry I’ll take them. (Also bought vegan blueberry muffins that were a real hit too!) Now about the plastic packaging…
I’ve been looking for croissants for a long time and finally found vegan ones at Whole Foods Market! These are expensive - you get 4 large ones for $8. They taste just like regular croissants.
I used to love croissants as a child and was so ecstatic to see these at Whole Foods. They definitely live up to 11-year-old-me expectations. Soft, buttery, and flaky. These won't last long! 🥐 #wholefoods #croissant
