Coconut Milk Unsweetened

I’ve been using coconut milk for my #overnightoats ...this brand is light enough to not make the oats too creamy, but delicious #veganrecipes #breakfast

I don't drink #coconutmilk and only use it for curries so can't comment on its intrinsic taste, which in any case got completely edged out by the Pinxin curry paste 😅

Nothing goes better with #coconut than mango and passion fruit! I found this #coconutmilk to be quite watery (maybe it had separated and the person using it before me poured out all the thick part, leaving just the water). It’s a mystery! Nonetheless it had nice flavour, I just needed to add a bit of #soymilk as well to make the smoothie a bit creamer. #tropicalvibes this morning:) Delicious and nutritious.
