Yum som O - Pomelo salad

I always love the fresh and citrusy taste of a pomelo salad. This was nice but had a little too much palm sugar in it, so it was very sweet.

Another disappointing dish at Na Aroon. Pomelo as a fruit is pretty mild in flavour compared to other citrus fruits and the fried onions overpowered all the mellow flavours. Dressing was non-existent and the dish could have been rescued with some fresh herbs.
