Wok Fried French Bean, Eggplant and Impossible Pork with Lao Gan Ma Sauce

May seem like a simple dish but not easy to prep like this.. love it.. 😋 belly delicious and fragrant~ 🌱🫶🏻 The only flaw is that some of the French beans have these ‘fibre’ thread thingy that weren’t removed. 😞
