Jackfruit & Blackbean Chilli

Lovely vegan dish using jackfruit - first time I’d tried jackfruit and it was a great substitution, wonderful texture that falls apart in your mouth and compliments this chilli really well.

So yummy! The chilli itself has a really nice kick to it (although if you’re bad with spicy foods like me, make sure to take the chillis off as they are HOT). I don’t usually like guac but Vertigo’s was so lovely and fresh, and I also don’t usually like sour cream but it complemented everything perfectly!
