vegan mimosa

Panna prosciutto e funghi: una delle pizze classiche più controverse del panorama culinario italiano! Appena esci da Napoli e parli della mimosa, ti guardano come se stessi dicendo un'eresia. Manco fosse una pizza con l'ananas! Questa è l'unica pizzeria dove si può trovare la mimosa vegana! Come facevo a non provarla? Questa mezza mimosa non era troppo dolce (l'errore più comune nelle pizze con la panna), ma saporita e ben equilibrata. Sono stata davvero una bimba felice!

Stasera super cena con una super pizza che non vedevo l’ora mi mangiare. Mimosa veg aka mais, prosciutto veg, formaggio filante e panna. Una bomba. Buonissima. Sembrava veramente la classica mimosa. Obiettivamente la pizza è la cosa più vegan friendly che esista, non ci vuole niente a fare una marinara o una pizza con le verdure, ma vogliamo mettere la gioia di trovare delle pizze “classiche” ma veg

this is something I had not eaten for YEARS and oh boy, the taste is exactly like how I remember it! the mozzarella and cream used make the pizza moist enough and you can keep the crust wet by 'dipping' it in what drips out of the slice. the ham substitute was really tasty and with a good texture. the real neapolitan pizza dough was of course DELICIOUS...this pizza place has a lot of vegan options and the staff are lovely, the service is great. the price is a bit high for neapolitan standards (but the place does advertise itself as a gourmet pizza place) but the quality makes it worth it...and compared to uk standards is definitely cheaper! I strongly recommend it!
