Vegan Bruschetta

Rare to find a vegan bruschetta, but they pulled it off. A bit overloaded on the tomatoes, but not complaining!

Love the bruschetta here. Flavour of the tomatoes is on point. The bread is super fresh and lightly toasted with olive oil.
