Massaman Curry

Two of my favorite foods — tofu & sweet potato — wrapped into one. What more can I ask for! This dish was super satisfying and I enjoyed every bite of it. The consistency of the curry was perfect.

I ordered this curry with tofu (the other vegan options were mixed vegetables or mock duck.) I wish the tofu had been firm tofu instead but the tofu puffs still tasted great. I loved the sweet potatoes and onions. This dish was really filling and flavorful.
