Chickenless Cutlet Curry Rice

so good!! all my omni friends i’ve introduced this dish to they love it, and it’s budget friendly if you want a quick fix for almost-japanese-tasting veg “chicken” cutlet

The fried cutlet was surprisingly really tasty (though we wish it were a bigger portion for the price) and curry went well with it too! Rice and veggies were just average otherwise heh #veganuary

this curry rice was amazing and reminded me of vegan curry rice which closed 😍 portions were good, and non-veg friends thought the chicken tasted exactly like real chicken i quote! bit expensive for kopitiam food that’s all #veganin2020

Love the curry sauce! It goes really well with the chickenless cutlet. The cutlet itself is very flavourful on itsown. The vegetables complete the dish with some freshness. Wish it came in a bigger portion 😋

$7.80 at bugis junction’s food junction! a bit pricey but i think it’s ok for once in a while :) might be just me HAHA but i found the brown rice a bit hard... and the vegetables too😢 HOWEVER THE MOCK CHICKEN WAS REALLY REALLY GOOD the outside was crispy while the inside was chewy, really one of the best mock meats i have ever eaten :) have to really commend the service too! service was efficient and the cashier gave me a bowl of free soup😩 super glad to see that kopitiams have more vegan/vegetarian options now :) makes eating out with non-vegetarian friends so much simpler! 💛 #veganisnotscary
