Tiramisù al caramello salato

This was my dessert with the tasting menu. The dessert was the only dish that we were able to choose, from a selection of what was available that night. As soon as I heard the words salted caramel I decided to opt for this Tiramisu, which had it as an ingredient. Unfortunately I couldn’t really taste it that much inside the tiramisu, it tasted more like a regular one, but it was pleasant regardless. It probably didn’t help that I was super full and had a really hard time finishing it. Buono ma a mio parere è stata inserita troppa frutta secca

Spettacolare. Cremoso con la nota croccante della frutta secca e dolce al punto giusto. Non il solito tiramisù grazie alla nota del caramello. Di sicuro non mi sono pentita della scelta del dolce!! Anche se la torta al cioccolato con lamponi devo tornare per provarla!

Molto buono questo tiramisù reso un po’ più originale dall’aggiunta di caramello salato. Mi è piaciuto ma mi aspettavo di sentire molto di più il caramello che si è perso nei sapori di caffè e cacao ☕️🍫

Mi è piaciuto moltissimo anche se avrei gradito sentire di più il caffè e il caramello. La crema era bella spumosa, il che lo ha reso leggero (cosa positiva visto che eravamo satolli). 💰 33 euro (menù da 5 portate)
