This fantastic 🦃-free holiday meal consisted of:
Shepherd’s Pie – with smoked tofu, lentils, peas,
mashed potatoes, and sauerkraut dusting, this veganized classic comfort food favorite was superb.
Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad – with tender, smoked carrots that they use in their amazing 🥕 lox bagel, dried apples, chili roasted delicata, pomegranate seeds, and a tasty vinaigrette, this had wonderful contrasts of flavor and texture.
Parsnip Chowder – rich, creamy, and chunky, drizzled with smoked paprika oil, and topped with candied pistachios, this was both elegant and comforting.
Raspberry Cornbread – tender, moist, sweet, and dreamy, with juicy raspberries and corn kernels.
Candied Yams – tender, sweet, and buttery, with vegan marshmallows.
Seared Green Beans – both tender and crisp, simply delicious.
5” Pumpkin Pie – smooth and rich with a crunchy, crumbly, and buttery crust.
